Well, the cubs have lost to Florida. No shock there. I mean, it's the cubs.... there is no other outcome possible.
Hell MUST be freezing over! At least, that's what I saw on the news. The Cubs have actually won a playoff series and now, this evening, play the Florida Marlins for the National League Title.
I am not much of a Cub fan. I prefer the White Sox but, when you have a winning team and you live in Chicago, you take what you can get. The Cubs have not won a world series since 1908. Why? Well, the management and the owners have no reason to make the Cubs any good. Yuppie Morons will pay big ticket prices to go see the Cubs, whether they are good or bad. Whether they win or loose, Wrigley Field will always be packed. Where is the incentive for the management to hire some good talent? They fill the stadium anyway and there is more profit for the owners this way.
So, while I do no feel the Cubs owners or upper management had anything to do with their recent victories, and I really don't care for the Cubs, I wish them well and hope they go all the way. I would like to see them win the 2003 Word Series. The fans deserve it after being neglected for decades by the Cubs owners and upper management.
Well, tomorrow is the big election day in California. Will Gray Davis stay as governer or will Arnold terminate him? BBAHHA
Luckily, I don't really have to give a shit. If I ws a resident of California, I would probably be pretty worried. While Gray Davis and his buddy Bustamante are no great leaders, I don't think Arnold will make a good governer. Personally, I would vote for McClintock. He's the only one that really seems not only serious about fixing California's problems but, he seems like the only one with the ability to do it, but it does not seem he has the votes.
And all this stuff about Arnold grabbing some fat womens ass's. Jeez.... who cares! Some of this stuff happened in the 70's!!!! Get over it! Bill Clonton was doing much worse to equally as repulsive women just a few years ago and all the Democrats and NOW (national Organization of Women) all must have thought it was okay because they didn't seem to mind. Now, the Democrats and NOW are all up in arms because Arnold, a body builder/actor, grabbed some bitches ass umpteen years ago? Shit.. it's Hollywood..... look around and you won't have to look far to see much more perverse things.
I am not a partisan person. Democrat or Republican... who cares what someone calls themselves, as long as they can do the job. Heck, I voted for Perot, twice actually. The Democrats want Gray or Bustamante in power because theyare democrats, the republicans want a republican in power. Mcclintock to backout because he possibly hurts Arnolds chances and Arnold is a republican. Either view is retarted!!! You should want the person in power who can see though the political shit and shutdown some of these stupid California laws/policies/politics. I mean, which state in the US has more dumb ass laws than California? None. Get the illegals out, stop handing out drivers licenses and shit to just anyone (great way for a terrorist to get a legal Govt ID), and get rid of the special interests. DOH!!!!
